The quote form asks for your name, company, email, phone number, where the freight is going from and to, and what it is.

The job application form asks for your name, email, phone number, your licence class, how long you’ve driven heavy vehicles, and anything else you choose to tell us.

We use quote details to give you a rate and to arrange the work. We use application details to consider you for a driving role and to contact you about it.

When you send a form, the details are emailed to us at admin@flyinghorsetransport.com.au. They are not stored in a database on the website.

The website is hosted by Hostinger, and form emails pass through its mail service.

The site keeps a coded record of the IP address each form came from. It is used only to stop form spam. Once it is 10 minutes old, it is deleted automatically the next time anyone uses a form.

We don’t sell your details, and we don’t share them with anyone else.

Form emails are kept in our mailbox. You can ask us to delete yours at any time (see below).
